Meal Planning 101 | Homemade Cooking Planning
Meal planning for most people is absolutely essential to improving their health & nutrition. I've been meal planning for years now and it's been a process of trial & error to find what works best for us. We started off small just planning dinners and as time has gone by we've gotten to the point where we plan all our meals for the week along with eating about 95% homemade, "from scratch" meals.
Having a plan for your meals is a non-negotiable when you are also doing mainly homemade cooking. You need to make sure you are planning when to prep things like baking bread, making mayo and more. We even use Alexa to help us with reminders so we don't forget prep work!
