Can I combine multiple orders?
Unfortunately at this time we are not able to combine multiple orders. This allows us to process orders as quick as possible and in the order they were received to keep it fair to all of our amazing customers.
What is your processing time?
All orders are processed in the order in which they were received. Our current turn around time is 3-5 business days. This means your order will ship no later than 5 BUSINESS days after your order was placed, however we always strive to ship as soon as possible. 
How Long Does Shipping Take?
All orders are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail which has an average delivery of 2 to 7 business days in the US. Business days DO NOT include weekends. Please understand that we cannot guarantee shipping times and once a package leaves our hands it is out of our control. We provide tracking numbers for all orders so you can track your items progress to you.  Sometimes the Post Office does not scan packages at each stop, this is also out of our control.
My shipping address is wrong, what do I do?
All orders must be shipped to the address given at checkout. We will no longer change addresses in order to better protect our customers and ourselves. If your address is incorrect we will cancel and refund your order so that you may reorder with the correct address.
Any orders that are returned to us because an incorrect address on the customers end can be reshipped but customer will be responsible for 2nd shipping fee.
How do you ship orders?
All of our stickers are shipped inside a sealed cellophane package, enclosed within a rigid mailer to ensure they arrive undamaged to you.
What if I have a shipping issue?
If your order experiences a shipping issue/exception in transit (no movement, shows delivered while not being, RTS, etc..) please contact USPS directly at 1 (800) 222-1811. You will need to open a case with USPS in regards to your shipment. If USPS is unable to resolve the issue, YOU will need to provide us with that case # before further action can be taken.
Can I cancel my order?
We begin processing orders immediately and CANNOT always honor cancellation requests once an order has been placed. We are unable to process cancellations more than 24 hours after an order has been placed. Please note custom orders CANNOT be cancelled.

What materials do you use? 

We use a high quality printer and repositionable matte sticker paper. We use permanent outdoor vinyl for decals.

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes we do! We ship to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, France, Greece, Israel, Luxembourg, Norway, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Sweden, Taiwan, United Kingdom.  If your country is not on our list, please email us at hello@knockoutprintshop.com to inquire about us adding your location.

How does your rewards program work? 
It's super easy! First, sign up for an account and you'll immediately earn 25 points.
You'll earn 1 point for every dollar spent. Points will be awarded when the order is paid or shipped. Plus you earn 25 points on your birthday and 5 points for sharing on Facebook! Once you hit 100 points, you'll be emailed a special, one time use, $5 discount code. The next level is $10 once you earn 200 points, and the following level after that is $25 once you hit 500 points.
