Today we are bringing planner prep tip #2...

planner prep 101 - Tip #2:  Mark down ALL important dates for the year in your monthly views!

Depending on what you decided to use your planner for this will be personalized to your needs, but here are some ideas to get you going...
1️⃣ Birthdays, Anniversaries, Holidays
2️⃣ Quarterly, Biannual, Annual Finances (quarterly estimated taxes, insurance, investments, etc)
3️⃣ Kids School Stuff (events, days off/breaks, tests, etc)
4️⃣ Big Events (trips, conferences, games, workshops,  etc)
5️⃣ Deadlines (projects, blogs, newsletters, tests, certifications, etc)
The key is to whip out all the various calendars and brain dump all the important things you know for the year & get them marked in the monthly section of your planner.  Keeping all that in your head increases the likelihood you may forget something - so get all that stuff down in one centralized place...your monthly calendars!
Our monthly labels are a great tool for this task!
