August Healthy Habit Challenge

I've personally been working on integrating some new healthy lifestyle habits into my life and was curious if anyone wanted to ban together in August to work on healthy lifestyle habits together.

My Top 3 Habits:

  1. Daily reading
  2. Daily meditation
  3. Screens off by 9 or 10pm.

I'm also still doing my no coffee experiment, but I'd like to keep our group challenge about adding something positive to our lives. Anyone want to join me? If so, head over to our Facebook group to join of the challenge.  

Some healthy habit ideas: reading, meditation, movement, walks, gratitude, screens off time, connecting with family, writing, water intake.

I will be posting daily in the group so everyone can check in & support each other! Use your habit trackers and let's start building a healthy lifestyle together!
